Experience

Sure, experience matters. Our core instructors have well over one hundred years of collective experience in wildlife-attack response. And that is just our CORE instructors. We have up to 20 instructors total and, if we add all that experience together, it's hundreds of years!

It's not just about experience. It's also about being learner-centric. Our instructors also undergo training and practice before they are qualified to teach at conferences. Why? Because we can't just regurgitate information and call you trained... you have to have the opportunity to LEARN.

Fluid Agendas

While conference agendas are tailored for each specific conference, the core objectives remain the same. While we try to maintain some elasticity in the schedule, it's imperitive that attendees all learn the same processes and lessons.

We go beyond lecturing. Our maximum instructor-to-student ratio is 1:8. This ensures that each 'group' has a dedicated instructor who works with them during table-top sessions, labs, demonstrations, etc. This helps remove barriers that larger-group interactions sometimes present.
