When Something Happens...

Does your agency (whether Federal, State, or Provincial) have a team of professionals who know how to respond to the incident, secure the site, collect and safely ship the forensic evidence, trap and identify the offending animal, interview the people involved or witnesses, keep your agency involved, keep the media satisfed, and keep your agency free from legal liability?

That’s a huge responsibility and it doesn’t come as second nature to any of us. Worst, when (NOT IF) it happens, you can’t afford to have people who don’t know what they are doing... people with training and expertise to handle what WILL BE a national story.
